The 2 Second Lean Summit is a unique opportunity to network with other lean leaders who are committed to implementing lean. This year the conference will be held at Seating Matters, Northern Ireland, on the 4 & 5 September.
The Summit is for people serious about Lean, who have no excuses. It is specifically for people who are committed to the Lean principles and have established a culture and organization that is implementing these principles actively on a daily basis. Simply put, it is not for the curious. It is for the totally committed. This is demonstrated by each leaders' personal commitment to creating a culture of continuous improvement in their organization.
This is a not-for-profit event, and all monies will be used to cover conference costs. Costs will be transparent and displayed during the event.

What is the 2 Second Lean Summit?
The Summit (formerly called the Global Lean Leadership Summit or GLLS) is an annual gathering of company leaders who are seriously engaged in implementing lean to continuously improve the lives of their customers and colleagues in order to improve the world.
This year the 2 Second Lean Summit will be held at Seating Matters, Northern Ireland, where you will have the opportunity to learn from them and others speaker who will teach from their own examples of implementing lean and how that has improved their own companies and organisations.
The Summit presents a unique opportunity to enjoy a true Irish welcome with tourist recommendations available if people want to arrive early or stay on. The first summit to take place in Northern Ireland and in over 3 years Seating Matters are excited to facilitate and take part in engaging discussions.
What is the purpose of this event?
To bring together committed Lean leaders from around the world to encourage, inspire and learn from one another. To spread the world-class concepts of continuous improvement and respect for people in order to:
Improve the way we work;
Improve the quality of our products;
Decrease defects in our products;
Show deep respect to our customers.
To change the world by teaching the power of small incremental improvements on a daily basis and improve the quality of life for millions of people.
Where & When?
The 2 Second Lean Summit 2023 will be held by Seating Matters in Northern Ireland over the 4 & 5 September, with arrivals on the 3 September 2023. The summit will involve a factory tour of Seating Matters and you will have the opportunity to visit a Tier 1 supplier.

We recommend staying in the Roe Park Resort during your stay. We will be hosting the talks and seminars here, please contact the hotel directly to reserve and pay for your room.

Tickets are priced at £495 per person, this does not include your flights, accommodation or airport transfers. Due to limited availability we ask that only two people per organisation registers. The opportunity to send additional employees may become available closer to the time of the event, if so this will be communicated out.
